If you are searching for the OEP portal, you are most likely dealing with overseas jobs from Pakistan. OEP stands for Overseas Employment Promoter — the licensed recruiting agencies that send Pakistani workers abroad. Their registration and login sit on the website of the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment (BEOE) at beoe.gov.pk, the federal bureau that regulates emigration for work.
What the OEP portal is for
Licensed promoters use the BEOE system to register as an OEP, log in to their account and process the foreign job demands they have been granted permission for. Every recruitment permission the Protector of Emigrants issues carries a unique Permission Tracking Number, called a PTN. When permission is granted, the job appears on the BEOE website under that PTN for as long as the recruitment drive runs. Once the posts are filled, the listing comes down.
OEP registration and login
Promoters start with OEP Registration on beoe.gov.pk and then use OEP Login for day-to-day work. Registration is a licensing process under the Emigration Rules, not a simple sign-up form — an agency needs a valid licence before it can legally recruit workers for overseas employers. If you run an agency, keep your licence number and PTN details with you when you log in, because job advertisements must quote the PTN.
Job seekers: check the job before you pay anyone
You do not need an OEP login as a job seeker. What you do need is the verification habit. Before you hand money or documents to any agent, search the BEOE portal for the job and its PTN. A real, permitted job is listed there with the agency's name. A job that cannot be found on beoe.gov.pk is a job you should walk away from, whatever the agent promises. Complaints about a promoter go to BEOE or the relevant Protector of Emigrants office.

The protector stamp, briefly
The portal is only one part of the system. Before a worker actually leaves Pakistan for a foreign job, their passport goes through protection — the Protector of Emigrants checks that the job, the contract and the promoter's permission are in order and stamps the passport. That check exists because of the portal data behind it: the demand was approved, the PTN was issued, and the recruitment was recorded. If an agent tells you the protection step can be skipped for a fee, that is a danger sign. Legal overseas employment from Pakistan always leaves a paper trail on beoe.gov.pk, and your job is to make sure your name is on it before you fly.
APK01 is an independent guide and is not affiliated with BEOE or the Government of Pakistan. Always use the official portal at beoe.gov.pk and never pay cash to an unlicensed agent.
